Pre Orders - FAQ
How do pre-orders work?
Secure your pieces now before they arrive. Simply purchase online as you normally would and we’ll reserve your item from the incoming shipment. Once the stock arrives, your order will be packed and sent out.
Why pre-order?
Due to high demand, pre-orders allow you to secure popular pieces before they’re back in stock. Many of our items sell out quickly once they land, so pre-ordering means you won’t miss out. By placing a pre-order, you’re reserving stock from the upcoming shipment.
When will my pre-order item be shipped?
Each product will show an estimated arrival/dispatch date. As soon as the stock arrives and your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking.
If I order other items with a pre-order, when will they ship?
If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order arrives. If you’d like in-stock items sent sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Can pre-order dates change?
Sometimes shipping schedules can shift slightly due to international freight or customs delays. If anything changes, we always keep you updated by email.
